Ingredients

• Mix together in large bowl:
• 1 white cake mix
• 1 small pkg vanilla instant pudding
• In smaller bowl mix:
• 4 eggs
• ¾ cup cooking oil
• ¾ cup dry sherry
• Add to dry ingredients. Then add:
• 1 tsp almond flavoring
• ½ tsp nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Mix approximately 5 minutes. Pour into well-greased angel food cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
