Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 1/3 cup canned mushrooms
- 6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Preparation
Step 1
Combine beef, onion, garlic and pepper.
Shape into six patties about 3/4 inch thick.
Combine remaining ingredients and refrigerate.
Grill burgers over medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes turning once.
During last three minutes top with 1/4 cup refrigerated mixture.
