Spinach Casserole

Ingredients

  • 3 (10 oz) packages frozen spinach
  • 1 (8 oz ) cream cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.
Soften cheese and butter in a casserole dish.
Cook spinach enough to thaw; drain.
Add hot spinach to cheese and butter.
Add lemon juice and mix well.
Top with a layer of bread crumbs and bake uncovered 25-30 minutes until crumbs turn brown.
