Ingredients
- 5 lbs potatoes cooked and diced
- 1 Jar of Pimentos diced
- 3 Boiled Eggs
- 1 pt cream
- Pickle juice from sweet pickles
- 1 small can Olives chopped
- Mayonnaise
- Mustard
- Onion salt
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 small jar sweet pickles chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together potatoes, pickles, pimentos, chopped eggs and olives.
Blend about 1 cup and 1/2 of Mayonnaise with a pint of cream, and 1/4 of mustard. Add 1/2 cup of pickle juice, 1 tsp of onion powder, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix the cream mixture with the potato mixture.
