Baked Haddock with citrus cheese sauce

  • 1.5 lb Haddock
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbs flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cheese (shredded cheddar)
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 lime
  • 1 orange
  • bread crumbs

Step 1

melt butter in small saucepan. Add salt and flour, stir until combined, add milk and stir constantly until bubbly. Take off heat, add cheese, and juices from the lemon, lime and orange. Put haddock in buttered casserole and pour sauce over top. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Put in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes, or until done.
