Rhubarb Custard Cake

Ingredients

• 1 yellow cake mix
• 4 cups cut up rhubarb
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 cups whipping cream

Preparation

Step 1

Mix 1 yellow cake mix –according to directions- pour in 9 X 13 pan

Top with 4 cups cut up rhubarb

Sprinkle on 1 cup sugar

Pour 2 cups whipping cream( unwhipped) over top



Bake 45-50 min. at 350
