Ingredients
- Juice of 1
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon
- Basil leaves
- 1 spoonful Mayonnaise
- Dash of Cayenne Pepper
- 1 c. cooked Corn
- 1/2 lb. lump crab
- few cherry tomaotes.
Preparation
Step 1
Stir together the juice from half a lemon, several finely chopped basil leaves, a spoonful of mayonnaise, and a dash of cayenne pepper. Toss in a cup of cooked corn kernels, half a pound of lump crab, and a few halved cherry tomatoes. Top with additional basil.
