Breakfast (Weekend Breakfast Bake with Ham, Egg, Cheese & Veggies)

Ingredients

  • 1 tube of Pillsbury Crescents Dough Sheets
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup cooked ham, chopped
  • 1/4 cup diced veggies (onion, red pepper)
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt/pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Spray a 9 x 9 glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and press the dough sheet into the bottom and create a rim around the edges (like pizza crust).

Beat the eggs with a whisk until smooth and pour over the dough.

Sprinkle with ham, veggies, then cheese.

Bake 25 minutes until egg is set.
