Ingredients
- My favorites are:
- 3 cups (18 oz) chocolate chips (choose white, peanut butter semi-sweet, dark, etc)
- 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon extract (choose vanilla, coconut, raspberry, lemon, rum, almond, etc)
- Coatings - finely chopped & toasted nuts, flaked coconut, powdered sugar, unsweetened cocoa, colored sugars, sprinkles/jimmies
- White chips with lemon extract
- Peanut butter with almond
- dark with raspberry
Preparation
Step 1
In a large saucepan over low heat melt chips and milk. Remove from heat and stir in extract. Pour mixture into bowl or pan. Cover and chill 2-3 hours until firm.
Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in coating of choice. Chill 1 hour or until firm. Store leftovers covered in fridge.
