Ingredients
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp. garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 6 T-Bone steaks
Preparation
Step 1
In large sealable container or plastic bag, combine first 11 ingredients' add steaks. Seal and turn to coat; refrigerate for 2 - 4 hours. Drain and discard marinade. Grill steaks, covered over medium heat, for 6 - 10 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness.
