Ingredients
- 2 Boneless pork loin roast 2 1/2-3 lbs each
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 c water
- 2 c ketchup
- 1/3 c steak sauce
- 1/4 c packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c vinegar
- 2 tsp lemon juice

Step 1
1. Place roast in crock pot with water and salt. Cook 6-8 hours until meat is tender.
2. Remove roast and shred with fork, set aside
3. Skim fat from cooking liquid and discard all but 1 cup of the juice.
4. Add juice, ketchup, steak sauce, brown sugar, vinegar and lemon juice.
5. Add meat and cook on low for 1 1/2- 2 hours.
