Beef: Trudy Engman's Chili

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds beef, browned
  • 1 large onion, chopped, browned with meat
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • to taste chopped green pepper
  • 4 cans Bush's Best Hot Chili Beans
  • 1 large can stewed or diced tomatoes
  • ketchup, chili powder, worcestershire sauce, tabasco, to taste

Step 1

Cook stovetop for 1 hour or crock pot on low all day.
