Rosy Red Salad

Using a typical rotisserie chicken is a quick way to create this salad and have plenty of chicken left over for another salad.

Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh baby spinach
- 2 cups arugula
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 pound refrigerated roasted beets (quartered)
- 1 thinly sliced shallot
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped toasted hazelnuts.
Preparation

Layer the ingredients beginning with the 1st ingredient on dinner plates or in 1 large serving platter.
