- 1 pound liver sausage
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 1 large pkg, cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon accent® seasoning mix
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Step 1
Put in mixer and beat. Add Accent. Form in ball and refrigerate to chill. Moisten cream cheese with milk to frosting consistency. Add garlic salt and Accent. Frost top of ball. Drain caviar and put over cream cheese topping at last minute.
NOTES : Cream cheese may be tinted green
