Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 c flour
- 1/2 c butter
- 5 teas powdered sugar
- Filling:
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 teas salt
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1/4 c flour
- 2 c cut-up rhubarb
- 1-8 oz cream cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Mix crust ingredients together and press into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 10-20 min. Mix filling ingredients together and pour over crust. Bake for 25 minutes more. Refrigerate.
