Ingredients
- 6 oz. Feta Cheese Crumbles
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon splenda
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Spanish Olive Oil
- 3/4 cup fresh dill
- 1/3 cup lightly packed fresh oregano leaves
Preparation
Step 1
Combine feta, lemon juice, 7 tablespoons water, pepper, sugar and salt in a food processor and pulse until mixed. Drizzle in oil with motor running. Add dill and oregano and pulse until smooth.
