Ingredients
- 1 lb Kielbasa, Smoked Sausage or Precooked Pork Sausage Links
- 4 apples, such as Granny Smith or Yellow Delicious
- 1 yellow onion, quartered (optional)
- 1/4 C butter, melted
- 6 " wooden Skewers, soaked in water to prevent burning
Preparation
Step 1
Cut sausage into 1" chunks. Peel, core and cut apples into quarters. Thread sausage, apples and onion slices (separate quarters into slices if using) onto wooden skewers.
Preheat BURTON STOVE TOP GRILL. Cook skewers over medium-high heat. Brush with butter and turn frequently until sausage is browned and apples are softened.
