Ingredients
- 1 container (32 oz) plain yogurt, drained
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and grated
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 lb. mixed endive, cauliflower and celery
