Tzatziki Dip with White Crudites

Ingredients

  • 1 container (32 oz) plain yogurt, drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and grated
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 lb. mixed endive, cauliflower and celery

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients through lemon juice and season to taste. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Serve with vegetables.
