Sun-Dried- Tomato Dip with Red Crudites

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained and coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 scallions, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 lb. mixed cherry tomatoes, radishes and sliced red peppers

Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients (cream cheese through black pepper) in bowl of food processor.
Puree until smooth.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Serve with vegetables.
