Ingredients

  • 2

    large ripe avocados, pitted, peeled and coarsely chopped

  • 1

    cup cilantro leaves

  • cup chopped red onion

  • 1

    small jalapeno, seeded and chopped

  • 2

    tbsp fresh lime juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2

    lb. mixed broccoli, asparagus and sugar snap peas

Directions

Place avocados, cilantro, onion, jalapeno and lime juice in food processor. Puree until smooth. Season with salt and pepper, then cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Serve with vegetables.
