Ingredients
- 5 C torn spinach
- 3 c Romaine lettuce
- 2 c torn leaf lettuce
- 20oz can pineapple chunks in juice
- 11oz can mandarin oranges, drained
- 6 slices bacon, cooked crumbled
- 1 sm red onion, sliced
- cooked salad dressing
- 1/2 c sliced toasted almonds

Preparation
Step 1
dressing
1/3c sugar
1/3c cider vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp minced onion
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/3c vegetable oil
Place all ingredients except dressing and nuts in a bowl. Toss with the hot cooked dressing. sprinkle nuts on top.
