- 1/3 CUP CHOPPED GREEN PEPPER
- 1/4 CHOPPED ONION
- 3 TBSP SHORTNING
- 1/4 CUP BISQUICK BAKING MIX
- 1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
- 1 1/2 CUPS MILK
- 1 CAN DRAINED TUNA
- 1 CAN DRAINED PEAS
- 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE
- 2 CUPS BISQUICK BAKING MIX
- 1/2 CUP COLD WATER
- 1/2 CUP SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE

Step 1
425 DEGREES
COOK AND STIR GREEN PEPPER AND ONION IN SHORTENING UNTIL TENDER. STIR IN 1/4 CUP BAKING MIX. ADD SOUP, GRADUALLY STIR IN MILK. HEAT TO BOILING, STIRRING CONSTANTLY. STIR IN TUNA, PEASE AND LEMON JUICE. POUR INTO 13X9 PAN.
MIX 2 CUPS BAKING MIX AND WATER TO SOFT DOUGH. KNEAD 5 TIMES. ROLL INTO RECTANGLE 15X9 INCHES. SPRINKLE WITH CHEESE. ROLL UP AND SEAL EDGES. CUT INTO 1 1/4 INCH SLICES AND PLACE ON TUNA MIXTURE.
BAKE 20 -25 MINUTES
