  • 4 Tbs Olive Oil
  • 5 Tbs Butter
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 1/2 Chopped Parsley
  • 3 Scallions
  • 3 cans chopped/minced clams
  • 1 Cup clam juice from cans



Step 1

Saute onions,garlic in oil and butter
Add clam juice, simmer 7-10 min.
Stir in clams/parsley--Bring to simmer---remove from heat-Serve Immediately
vermicilla or thin spaghetti.
