FRUIT CAKE COOKIES

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup light brown sugar
• 2 cups flour (cake flour)
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 pound raisins
• 1 pound chopped dates
• 1 pound candied cherries chopped
• 1 pound candied pineapple
• 7 cups nuts chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs. Sift all dry ingredients together. Pour over fruit mixture. (To hold) add to creamy mixture. Stir. Drop to cookie sheet. Bake 350 degrees approx 20 min (my oven takes 12-15) until done
