Flaxseed Wrap

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbs Ground Flaxseed
  • 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Paprika
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Tbs Coconut Oil
  • 1 Tbs Water
  • 1 Large Egg

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl. Stir in the coconut oil, then beat in the egg and water until blended. Grease a microwave safe pie pan with coconut oil. Pour batter and spread evenly over the bottom.

Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes until cooked. Let cool 5 minutes.
