Ingredients
- 6-7 lb. rump roast
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 tsp dill weed
- 1 tsp. salt
- Coarse pepper to taste
- Garlic powder to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Rub roast with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Sear on all sides in butter. Combine onion soup mix, sor cream and dill weed and pour over roast. Cover roast and bake in preheated 350 oven for 3 hours or until tender.
