Ingredients
- 12 Piquillo peppers
- 9 oz. herbed goat's milk cheese
- 6 oz. spicy garlic butter
- 2 oz. upland cress
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Fill each of the peppers with the goat cheese. Top each pepper with the butter and bake in the oven until the butter is melted and the cheese is hot all the way through. Place the pepper on a plate and spoon the butter over and around the pepper. Garnish with upland cress.
