Garlic Pork Shoulder

Ingredients
- To Taste:
- 3 # - 5# Pork Butt or Pork Shoulder
- 1 C Cilantro Chopped
- 1/2 C Garlic minced
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 3 TBS Olive Oil
- 1/8 C White Wine
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Adobo
Details
Preparation
Step 1
1. Rub Pork with Oil
2. Poke holes in Pork on both sides with a knife (6 to 8 on each side)
3. Rub Garlic all over and get into the holes
4. Rub with Adobo
5. Rub with Cilantro
6. Salt and Pepper
7. Rub with Oregano
8. Sprinkle with Garlic Powder
9. Pour Wine into holes
10. Cover and seal tightly with foil
11. Cook for 2 hours at 275 degrees
12. Check and baste
13. Reseal and cook for 3 more hours at 375 degrees
14. In the last 30 minutes, uncover, baste, and cook to crisp and golden.
