- 1 can minced clams (8 oz.) drained, 1/4 of
- liquid reserved
- 1 pkg cream cheese (8 oz.) -- softened
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- freshly ground pepper

Step 1
Rub a bowl with the garlic halves, discard garlic. Combine clams, cream cheese, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste, stirring until well blended. Add the reserved clam juice to reach the desired spreading consistency. Cover, refrigerate 2 hours.
