  • 1 st layer---lettuce---1 head, chipped in small pieces
  • 2 nd layer---green onions---slice bunch
  • 3 rd layer---water chestnuts---1 8-ounce can, sliced
  • 4 th layer---green bell pepper---1 sliced
  • 5 th layer---celery, sliced, enough to cover layer
  • 6 th layer---frozen peas--- 1 10-ounce package (do not cook)
  • 7 th layer---1/4 pound blue cheese---crumbled up
  • 8 th layer---mayonnaise---enough to cover
  • 9 th layer---Parmesan cheese---1/2 cup sprinkled
  • lOth layer--salt---1 teaspoon sprinkled
  • 11 th layer--garlic powder---1/4 teaspoon sprinkled

Step 1

Cover and chill up to 24 hours. Garnish with sliced tomato
and boiled eggs, sliced.
