Ingredients
- 2 packages crescent rolls
- 2 packages cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg, separated
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup pecans/walnuts, optional
Preparation
Step 1
Place one package of crescent rolls on the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg yolk. Pour over the crescent roll. Place the second crescent roll on top of the mixture. Beat the egg white and brush it over the top of the crescent roll. Mix sugar, cinnamon and nuts and sprinkle over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
