Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
- 2/3 cups dry sherry
- 2 T. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary leaves crushed
- 1 clove garlic crushed
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour marinade over pork and refrigerate overnight.
