Sizzlin' Veggies

Ingredients

  • 1 c. carrots, sliced or baby carrots
  • 1 c. mushrooms
  • 1 c. zucchini, cubed
  • 1 c. red pepper, cubed
  • 1 c. yellow pepper, cubed
  • 1/4 c. Italian dressing
  • 2 tbsp. parmesan cheese, grated

Preparation

Step 1

Toss vegetables with dressing. Place in center of heavy duty foil sprayed with vegetable oil. Double fold top and ends to seal package.
Grill over medium heat for about 10 minutes, until vegetables are tender crisp, turning after 5 minutes. Cut slits in foil to release steam. Open and sprinkle vegetables with cheese.
