Ingredients
- Sugar Syrup:
- 1 pot (10 cups) brewed Frango coffee
- 1/3 cup sugar syrup
- 1 cup cream and half and half.
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup boiling water
Preparation
Step 1
1 pot (10 cups) brewed Frango coffee (2 oz or 10 tablespoons of ground Frango coffee beans per 10 cups), 1/3 cup sugar syrup, 1 cup cream and half and half.
Sugar Syrup:
1/3 cup sugar, 1/3 cup boiling water. Dissolve sugar in boiling water. Cool before using.
Mix room temperature Frango coffee with cool sugar syrup. Add cream. Stir to blend. Cover and refrigerate. Serve over ice. Enjoy!
