Ingredients
- 3 c flour
- 1 1/2 t salt
- 3/4 - 1 c milk
- 2 T oil
- 1 pkg yeast and 1/8 t sugar dissolved until foamy in 1/2 c tepid water
Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour and yeast mixture in bowl. Add milk, salt and oil. Mix until dough masses. Let rest 5 minutes. Beat for a couple of more minutes. Dough should be soft and smooth. Let rise in covered bowl for 1 1/2 hours. Divide into balls. Let rest 10 minutes. Roll out, fill and bake in preheated oven and pan 500 degrees. Bake 6 minutes.
