Rum Cassis Punch

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 bottles light rum
  • 2 1/2 cups dry vermouth
  • 2 1/2 cusp creme de cassis (black currant liqueur)
  • 2 qts carbonated water

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the rum, creme de cassis and vermouth together in a large punch bowl. Place a good size block of ice in the bowl. (Bags of ice cubes stuck together are fine for this). Pour the carbonated water over the ice and serve.
