Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 small can of mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp crushed thyme
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup sliced onion

Preparation

Step 1

Brown chops and mushrooms. Pour off fat. Stir in soup, water, and thyme. Add onions and carrots. Cover and cook over low heat for 45 minutes.

Note: A little more water may need to be added. Stir occasionally. Serve over hot, buttered noodles.
