Peach Crisp

Ingredients

  • 1 can peach slices
  • 1/2 t. cinnamon
  • 1 c. sifted all purpose flour
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Drain peaches and turn into an 8 1/2 in round baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Sift flour, sugar, salt and baking powdfer together. Add egg and mix with fork until crumble. Spred over peaches, drizzle butter evenly over top.

Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve warm or cold with cream or plain.
