Ingredients
- 1 - 4.8 oz. box Kraft Rice & Cheese Broccoli Side Dish
- 1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. lemon zest
- 1 c. diced yellow pepper
- 1 c. diced red pepper
- 1/4 c. sliced green onion pieces
- 1 - 15 oz. can black beans, drained
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare rice as directed; cool. Combine salad dressing, pepper and lemon zest; mix well. Add remaining ingredients; toss lightly. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
