Cream Cheese sugar cookies

Ingredients

• 2 C butter
• 6 oz cream cheese (I use 8 oz)
• 2 C sugar
• 2 egg yolks
• 1 t. salt
• 5 C flour
• 1 t. vanilla
• 1 t. almond extract

Preparation

Step 1

Mix well all ingredients except flour. Add flour. Roll and cut.

Bake at 375 degrees for 10 min. Don't let them get brown.

Can frost with cream cheese frosting:
8 oz cream cheese
almond flavoring
1/4 C butter
3 C p. sugar
