Ingredients
- 1 6 to 8lb cooked ham, rump half
- 1/2 c dijon style mustard
- 1/4 c honey
- 1/4 c fresh snipped parsley
- 2 t packed brown sugar
- 2 T fresh snipped chives
- 2 T fresh snipped rosemary
- 1/2 t ground black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325. Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Insert oven thermometer into center of ham.
Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 1/4 hour or until thermometer registers to 140 degrees.
In a small bowl combine all ingredients for the glaze. Brush ham with glaze during the last 20 minutes of baking.
