Ingredients
- 10 large cooked sea scallops, chopped
- juice and zest of 1 lime
- 1 jalapeno, finely chopped
- 1 yellow pepper, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 cup cilantro, chopped
- 3 plum tomatoes, chopped
- 1 avocado, chopped
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp. hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Marinate for 20-30 mins. in fridge before serving.
