Smoked Jalapeno Sausage in Corn Husk

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. ground pork
  • chopped garlic
  • nutmeg
  • salt
  • cayenne pepper
  • ground black pepper
  • allspice
  • chopped jalapenos
  • sugar
  • chopped red bell pepper
  • chicken base liquid, around 1/4 cup

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together. Place around 4 ozs in a soaked corn husk and tie both ends. Smoke for around 3 hours at 250. Smoke extra whole jalapenos to go with them.
