Ingredients

• 1 lb. green peppers
• 1 lb. onions
• some celery
• Chop and fry together with 2 lbs. hamburger. Pour in liquid and mushrooms from a can. Add: 1 can tomato paste
• 1 can tomato soup
• 1 can hot enchilada sauce
• 1 can mild enchilada sauce
• 1 bottle of stuffed olives.

Preparation

Step 1

Cook 1-1/2” wide noodles with garlic cloves. Add noodles to sauce and 1 lb. grated cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 min. to 1-1/2 hrs. Cover while baking.
