Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder
  • *
  • 3 T brown sugar
  • 1 14 oz bottle ketchup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 T worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 tsp celery seed

Preparation

Step 1

Rub onion powder and garlic powder into meat. Wrap in foil and refrigerate 48 hours.

Still wrapped in foil, put in baking pan. Cover with water. Bake 5 hours at 325.
