CORN FRITTERS

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamed corn
  • 1 beaten egg yolk
  • 1/2 cup and 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg, beaten till stiff

Preparation

Step 1

Drain corn. Add yolk, flour, salt and baking powder. Fold in egg white.

Drop by tbsp into deep fryer heated to 375 degrees.
