Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon cut fine
- 2 green onion stalks chopped
- 1 stalk celery chopped
- 1 slice ham cube(may use shrimp, pork, etc.)
- 4-5 c cooked rice(cold)
- 1-2 T soy sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Fry bacon til crisp. Add chopped veggies and cook til done. Add meat, heat through. Add rice, stir well. Season with salt pepper and soy sauce.
Chopped scrambled eggs may be added.
- Add soy sauce last.-
