Costco CHOCOLATE Muffin (Copycat)

Ingredients

• 1 (18 oz) box chocolate cake mix
• 2 Tbls flour
• 3 eggs
• 2/3 cup milk
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• 1 tsp baking powder

Preparation

Step 1

First add the eggs, milk and vegetable oil. Add the cake mix, flour and baking powder. Mix on medium speed just until all the ingredients are blended.

Add 1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips. Pour into muffin pans lined with cupcake liners. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Mades 16 muffins in silicone muffin cups.

Almond Poppy Seed Muffins:
Use white cake mix, 2 teaspoons poppy seeds and 1 tsp almond extract.

Lemon Muffins:
Lemon cake mix and poppy seeds

Spice Cake Muffins:
Spice cake mix and add a cinnamon sugar topping

Blueberry muffins:
White cake mix and blueberries
