Cheddar Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. frozen hash browns
  • 1/8 cup butter
  • 1 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup or chicken
  • 5 oz grated sharp cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Thaw hashbrowns and melt butter. Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased baking dish. Bake one hour.
